🔁 Return Policy – ShiftedStandard
At ShiftedStandard, we stand behind the quality of our handcrafted bikes and gear. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. All items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
Please note: Custom-built bikes and limited-edition items are final sale and cannot be returned.
